Saturday June 26, the Petits Cadors opened the doors of their workshop located in Occitanie in Nailloux (31)
Marion, Aline, Cécile, Céline, Séverine, Muriel & Laurent welcomed you to show you around the place where nomadic pillows are designed and manufactured. A moment that the whole team enjoyed spending with the public. This was an opportunity to show you around our 300 m² workshop, to show you the steps from receiving the rolls of fabric by Aline, to shipping your orders by Marion.
The textile industry in Occitania: local jobs!
Since January 2021, we have integrated our own manufacturing workshop into our premises and kept part of the production in Bizanos near Pau. Today all SALVADOR lounge cushions are cut and made in Nailloux.
You met Cécile our upholsterer who was able to tell you more about our fiber, its properties, its collection in polluted waterways and the way in which the cushions are filled before passing on the industrial sewing machines to be closed.
Sale on our imperfect
We took advantage of this moment to provide you with our "imperfect", all our cushions which contain small defects in fabric or construction, and which required the same manufacturing work. It would be a shame not to offer them to you at very reasonable prices since they are just as usable as the others. At Petits Cadors we are demanding and these models are put aside throughout the year because we want you to receive impeccable cushions at home.
